These terms govern your use of Market Research Agent, an AI-assisted stock research report service delivered through Telegram.

Educational use only

Market Research Agent provides informational and educational research reports. It does not provide personalized financial advice, investment management, brokerage services, custody, trade execution, tax advice, or legal advice. Reports should not be treated as instructions to buy, sell, or hold any security.

AI-generated reports

Reports are generated using public market data, public news or sentiment sources when available, and AI-assisted analysis. Reports may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, incomplete data, or inaccurate interpretations. You are responsible for independently verifying all information before making financial decisions.

Payments and delivery

Paid reports are charged per report unlock and delivered as PDF documents over Telegram. If a paid report fails to deliver because of a service error, contact support and we will review the issue for refund or redelivery.

Refunds

Refunds are handled case by case for failed delivery, duplicate payment, or material service errors. Market losses, disagreement with report conclusions, or changes in market prices after delivery are not grounds for refund.

User responsibilities

• Use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Do not abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or attempt to compromise the service.
• Do not rely on reports as your sole basis for financial decisions.
• Comply with Telegram, Stripe, and any other applicable platform terms.

Availability

The service may be unavailable, delayed, or inaccurate due to data-provider issues, AI-provider failures, Telegram outages, payment-provider issues, software errors, or maintenance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market Research Agent is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for trading losses, investment outcomes, lost profits, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
