Market Research Agent provides AI-assisted stock research reports delivered through Telegram. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us.
Information we collect
- Telegram account information needed to operate the bot, such as your Telegram user ID, username, and messages or ticker requests sent to the bot.
- Payment and checkout information processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Report-generation data, including requested ticker symbols, timestamps, report status, and delivery metadata.
- Support communications you send to us by email.
- Basic website analytics or server logs, such as page requests, browser type, and referring pages, if available from our hosting provider.
How we use information
- To generate, deliver, and troubleshoot requested PDF reports.
- To process payments, prevent abuse, and manage refunds or failed deliveries.
- To respond to support requests.
- To improve reliability, product quality, and security.
- To comply with legal, tax, payment-network, and platform obligations.
How information is shared
We share information with service providers only as needed to run the service, including Telegram for bot delivery, Stripe for payments, hosting providers for the website and application, and AI/data providers used to generate reports. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the service from fraud, abuse, or security threats.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No internet service is perfectly secure, and AI-generated reports may include errors or omissions.
Data retention
We retain operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability. Support emails may be retained for customer-service history.
